To me, the instructor came across as very knowledgeable and confident in the material. I felt like they really understood what they were teaching.

I don’t know what was going on, but the course took forever to open for me. It made me wonder if something was wrong on their end or if access was being delayed for some reason. Frustrating when you’re just trying to get started.

I mean, the quiz was okay overall, I got through it fine, but some of the questions felt a little unfair. Like, I’d be answering one thing and then suddenly there’d be a question that seemed weirdly specific or just not worded that clearly. It wasn’t terrible or anything, and I did like parts of it, but yeah, a few moments had me thinking, wait, how was I supposed to know that?

I was happy with how fast the state reporting went. I didn’t have to sit around waiting forever, and the updates were easy enough to follow. It wasn’t totally perfect, but overall it worked well and definitely saved me some time.
